Ancestral Trees, Native Olive Varieties
We only work with local olive varieties like Memecik and Tirilye — perfectly suited to our climate. By cultivating them with minimal soil disturbance, we follow the legacy of our ancestral trees while respecting nature.

Chemical-free natural production
We use no chemical fertilizers or pesticides. Instead, we nourish the soil with compost, natural fertilizers, and rainwater harvesting — growing our olives in harmony with nature’s rhythm.
